is a key tool small business job growth in America? Many politicians will tell you it's a job where growth begins. My answer to this question is yes and no.
got me thinking about this topic this morning is an article I read on Market Watch about why we should stop praying to small businesses as a savior for all our needs, creating new jobs.
There was always something funny to me and many others about what is considered a small business. Business that generated 30 + million in annual revenue are considered small is nonsense. There is nothing about the small size enterprises. argument was always that small businesses create most jobs when in reality it is not the case.
Market Watch article talks about how we need to focus on companies of all sizes and makes businesses focus where we need to create new jobs.
This is where small business is coming in as I'm concerned.
We are operating in an ever changing economy where unemployment is higher than that for a while, and it will not be improved through the use of techniques of the past to create temporary jobs. the way the economy will be changed and the way people will get paid for doing a job that will center around entrepreneurship.
This new work of the revolution as I call it, will be centered around small business as many people will look and are already looking for businesses to get back into the workforce. concern will be about getting these new businesses help they need to maintain business and make it grow.
This is a small business key for job growth? The answer is not in this business is the real key to any size business. It is also that in that the people had been driven out of business many are looking to small businesses to get going again.
