However, it is just a delusion, because 6 Sigma concepts and methodologies can be tweaked to make them spread out in small business organizations, as well. Implementation of 6 Sigma in small businesses is enabled with the development of new tools and techniques that can be modified to suit all types of proceedings, whether it is a simple process involving only two or three steps or a complex process has many sub-processes.

Small businesses only need to hire the services of Six Sigma professionals such as Black Belts who have the necessary qualifications, skills and experience to handle the implementation of Six Sigma projects. Small businesses that do not have the necessary funds to pay for services may choose to provide Black Belt training existing employees.
